Mystery Guest Visits
See your church through the eyes of a first-time guest. We'll send an unbiased mystery guest to attend a normal Sunday service and evaluate the entire experience. You'll receive an honest report highlighting what makes people feel welcome, what creates confusion, and what may be preventing visitors from coming back.
Guest Journey Assessment
Every observation from the mystery guest visit is compiled into a professional report that gives your leadership team a complete picture of the first-time guest experience. Rather than a list of isolated issues, we organize our findings into meaningful patterns, helping you recognize the few improvements that can create the greatest impact.
Leadership Debrief
Your report is just the beginning.
